Why Coach Consistent Exists

For more than twenty-five years I worked in the corporate world.

I started my career as a Data Entry Operator with average communication skills, little confidence and plenty of mistakes ahead of me.

Over time I learnt through failures, books, seminars, courses, mentors and countless experiences.

Eventually I became a Senior Vice President leading nearly two hundred people.

Looking back, I often wished someone had asked me the right questions much earlier. Questions that could have saved years of unnecessary struggle. That's why Coach Consistent exists.

What I Believe

Consistency beats intensity.

Success without clarity is empty.

Visible progress creates lasting confidence.

Life is too short to waste learning lessons someone else can teach you.

Showing up is half the battle, whether in the office or on the field.

Beyond Work

I don't just preach consistency in business; it dictates how I live.

I am a family man who loves the open road—we have driven over 1,00,000 kilometers together.

I am a passionate Football plan but due to circumstances, started playing only after the age of 35.

It was a physically and mentally difficult pivot, but through sheer daily repetition, I got good at it.

Today, I hold my official coaching license and spend my free time out on the turf coaching young kids.
